Source Fashion January 2026 champions the craft, connection and creativity behind responsible fashion

SOURCE FASHION
07 November 2025

Source Fashion returns to London Olympia, 13-15 January, with renewed energy and a powerful message: it’s time to humanize fashion. Europe’s leading responsible sourcing show steps into 2026 with a bold new identity, inviting the industry to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover the human stories behind what we wear. Blending nostalgia and innovation, Source Fashion January 2026 celebrates the artistry, authenticity, and global collaboration that define the future of responsible fashion, where creativity and conscience work hand in hand.

This season, Source Fashion embraces imperfection as inspiration. Launching a striking new identity rooted in nostalgia and authenticity, the January 2026 edition pays tribute to the tactile world of the 1980s, an era of analogue experimentation and creative rebellion. The show’s refreshed visual language, infused with retro textures and raw aesthetics, stands as a deliberate counterpoint to fashion’s fast-paced, hyper-digital reality.

At the heart of this new direction lies Analogue Futures, the headline trend curated by Source Fashion’s newly appointed trend partner, Trend Suite, founded by forecaster and designer Tiffany Hill. Together, they explore how slowing down, creatively, consciously, and culturally, can reawaken the human side of fashion. From handmade details to imperfect prints and organic silhouettes, Analogue Futures captures a longing for authenticity in a world obsessed with filters and speed.

“Fashion has always been about creativity from connection, between people, ideas, and materials,” says Suzanne Ellingham, Event Director at Source Fashion. “This season we’re celebrating creativity and community by shining a light on the makers, Manufacturer’s s and innovators who bring fashion to life. Analogue Futures reminds us that every stitch, fabric, and story carries meaning.”

Fashion Deconstructed: Craft, Collaboration and the Joy of Making

Taking Source Fashion’s hands-on ethos to a new level, this season sees the launch of Fashion Deconstructed, a dedicated area on the show floor that will give visitors an unprecedented, up-close look at how great fashion is made. From live production lines and denim deconstructions to leather repair and upcycling workshops, this new immersive area is a place where skill, craft and curiosity collide.

Visitors can watch garments come to life in real time thanks to ApparelTASKER, the East London-based sustainable production unit, which will run a working mini factory on the show floor. Fashion Designer Stuart Trevor, founder of AllSaints, will host interactive upcycling sessions, while Ross Barry, founder of Reskinned, will deconstruct denim to reveal the fibres, techniques and craftsmanship behind everyday essentials. Visitors will also discover workshops on repair to creating a high-end garments, offering a rare glimpse into the expertise and efficiency that define quality production.

“Somewhere we have forgotten that the clothes we wear are made by real people, an apparel factory, is not a car factory.’ Fashion Deconstructed is about bringing the human side of fashion to life,” says Ellingham. “We want visitors to see and understand the skill, care and creativity that go into every garment. In a world where production is often invisible, Fashion Deconstructed repositions the maker centre stage. It’s an invitation to touch, learn, and connect, really get involved and rediscover the craftsmanship that sustains the industry and to experience first-hand what responsible, well-made fashion truly means.”

Source Fashion January 2026 also celebrates innovation and sustainability on the runway. Redress, the world’s leading platform for circular fashion, will headline the catwalk, showcasing alumni from the Redress Design Award, designers pioneering waste-reducing, circular approaches to fashion. With three daily shows, the catwalk offers buyers and industry professionals a visual feast of creativity, responsible design, and style that lasts. Each presentation demonstrates how sustainability and elegance can coexist, providing practical inspiration.
