SKIMS readies Regent Street flagship ahead of summer opening
Kim Kardashian’s SKIMS now has branded hoardings up on its new flagship store at 245-247 Regent Street in London, ahead of its highly anticipated summer 2026 opening.
TheIndustry.fashion first reported that SKIMS had signed a ten-year lease on the 12,000 sq ft store, which was previously occupied by Ted Baker, with London landlord The Crown Estate in May 2025.
An opening date is still yet to be revealed, but the hoardings going up suggest its grand launch is imminent.
Soon after signing the deal with The Crown Estate, Jens Grede, who co-founded the brand with wife Emma Grede and Kim Kardashian in 2019, described the flagship as a “pivotal step” in the global expansion of the shapewear and swimwear brand.

In November 2025, SKIMS secured a fresh $225 million in a funding round that pushed the brand’s valuation to $5 billion, marking one of the most significant capital injections into an apparel label last year and underscoring investor confidence in celebrity-led brands.
The investment, led by Goldman Sachs Alternatives, was reported to fuel SKIMS’ expansion into apparel, activewear - including its collaboration with Nike (for NikeSKIMS) - and retail, as the brand works toward becoming a predominantly physical global business.
Last week saw the launch of NikeSKIMS’ new Studio Stretch collection, described as setting a “new standard” in performance apparel. The 11-piece collection is made from a new, ultra-soft and lightweight fabric “built for the way women move today.”
