Amsterdam-based fashion brand Scotch & Soda has announced a new licensing partnership with stichd – a member of the Puma Group – for the design, production and distribution of the brand’s underwear and socks.

The first main collection for men will launch in February 2023, but there will be an early capsule drop in October 2022 for selected accounts and Scotch & Soda retail stores. A women’s collection is also in the planning.

The men’s organic cotton underwear line includes a variety of cotton boxers with Scotch & Soda logo branding on the waistbands. There’s plenty of bright colours, geometric patterns and floral prints “inspired by the free spirit of Amsterdam”.

The socks feature a dip toe design and surprise “have a nice day” message detail inside the welt, and come in crew, ankle and no-show silhouettes.

Scotch & Soda CEO, Frederick Lukoff, said: “We are thrilled to announce our long-term partnership with stichd. We are certain that the new Scotch & Soda bodywear (underwear) lines will deliver high quality product that will stand out in a particularly competitive market thanks to their (stichd’s) extensive expertise and customer-orientated focus.”

There’s 10 styles of underwear for SS23, with prices ranging from €26.99 (£23.25) for a pack of two to € 34.99 (£30.15) for a pack of three, and there’s 13 styles of socks ranging from €9.99 (£8.60) to €11.99 (£10.35). Both collections will be available in Scotch & Soda stores, on selected ecommerce platforms and for wholesale to selected retail partners.
