Scamp & Dude teams up with cancer care charity Maggie’s for capsule collection

Scamp & Dude is launching a capsule collection in partnership with cancer care charity Maggie’s tomorrow, 19 November.

The collection consists of an oversized sweatshirt for £60, a T-shirt for £45 and a ‘Swag Bag’ for £30, all bearing the words ‘You got this’.

It is inspired by, and designed by, founder of Scamp & Dude, Jo Tutchener Sharp, and her close friend of almost 30 years, Charlotte McCarthy, who was diagnosed with Stage 3 cancer in 2024.

During her treatment, Charlotte discovered her nearest Maggie’s centre at The Royal Marsden in Sutton, a charity offering free, practical and emotional support to people living with cancer and their families, hence the connection for this new collection.

Scamp & Dude will donate £13 from every sweatshirt, £8 from every T-shirt, and £7 from every Swag Bag sold to Maggie’s, helping them continue to offer the same warmth and support that carried Charlotte and her family through their darkest moments.

Each piece in the collection also “carries symbols of love, luck and resilience woven from Charlotte and Jo’s friendship”, including a four leaf clover – inspired by a necklace Jo gave to Charlotte at the start of her treatment, and a shooting star “shining brightly to remind us that, even in darkness, light always finds a way through”.

In May 2025, Charlotte received the all-clear, only to discover later that the cancer had spread. It was at Maggie’s once again where she sought solace.

For Jo Tutchener Sharp, this collaboration is personal. She said: “Watching someone you love be diagnosed with cancer is completely heartbreaking. You want to do something, anything to help, to take away their pain, to lift them up and make sure they know you are there.

“This collaboration is about that, and about what it means to show up for your people. It’s about love, strength and saying: no matter how hard this gets, together, we’ve got this.”

The Scamp & Dude x Maggie’s ‘You Got This’ collection will be available online at scampanddude.com and in Scamp & Dude stores nationwide including Marlow, Cambridge, Battersea Power Station and Brighton.
