Scabal announces official clothing partnership with Team Belgium for Olympics

Savile Row tailors Scabal has announced it has become the official formal clothing partner of Team Belgium for the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics 2020, both postponed from last year due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

The tailoring brand will dress all male team members for official and special events. Gregor Thissen, Executive Chairman of Scabal, said: “We are very happy to share values such as excellence, respect, and passion in everything we do, in line with the spirit of the Olympics.

The Brussels-based and family-owned company, which has a heritage mill located in Huddersfield, the home of traditional English cloth-making, and a store at 12 Savile Row in London, will dress over 250 people (Olympic and Paralympics athletes and Team Belgium support) and, thanks to its production capability and its made-to-measure know-how, Scabal is able to create individually crafted outfits for the perfect fit in line with each person’s different needs.
