Saint Laurent names Anouck Duranteau-Loeper as Deputy CEO
Kering-owned French fashion house Saint Laurent has appointed Anouck Duranteau-Loeper as its Deputy CEO, effective as of 1 July.
Duranteau-Loeper was most recently CEO at Isabel Marant where she spent almost a decade, having originally joined as Deputy CEO in November 2016.
In her new role at Saint Laurent, Duranteau-Loeper will be in charge of product and will report directly to CEO Cédric Charbit.
Confirming the hire exclusively to WWD, Charbit said: “Anouck’s exceptional leadership, product expertise and strong understanding of luxury brands make her uniquely positioned to help shape Saint Laurent’s next chapter of growth.
“As we continue to strengthen the house and invest in long-term value creation, her experience and vision will be instrumental in further elevating our product strategy and execution worldwide.”
According to a statement from Saint Laurent, Duranteau-Loeper “will oversee the house’s end-to-end product organisation”, including design studios, collection development, merchandising and product operations.
The news follows the departure of Saint Laurent's Head Designer of womenswear, Kai Nesselrath, who joined French luxury fashion house Carven at the beginning of this month.
