Roland Mouret celebrates 10 years of the Galaxy dress

Roland Mouret has launched a capsule collection to celebrate 10 years since the launch of his signature Galaxy dress, which has been worn by some of the world's most famous women.

The GalaxyTen collection features the iconic dress, a jumpsuit, a top, a skirt and a jacket in seven different colours. Prices start at £625 for a skirt moving up to £1,750 for a jacket, while the dress retails at £1,595.

"The silhouette of the Galaxy is timeless, and to celebrate its 10th anniversary, I wanted to create pieces with the same effortlessness as the dress," said Roland Mouret. "The top, skirt, jacket and jumpsuit sit perfectly alongside the dress, and draw in a new audience to the brand."

Since Mouret launched the Galaxy it has been worn by some of the world's most famous women including Halle Berry, Cameron Diaz, Dita von Teese, Scarlett Johansson and Victoria Beckham to name just a few.

Diaz has described the dress with its sculpted silhouette as "perfection". "The first time I put on the Roland Mouret Galaxy dress, I thought 'perfection'," she said. "I still feel that way every time I put on a Galaxy dress or see another woman wearing it."

To mark the launch the French designer has teamed up with blogger Denni Elias of Chicmuse who stars in its campaign, which was shot at at the newly opened boutique hotel Casa Fayette, Guadalajara, Mexico.

GalaxyTen is available on Roland Mouret's website and in his flagship stores in London and New York.
