River Island unveils first TV ad to celebrate party season

River Island is celebrating the party season with the launch of its first-ever TV advert campaign, titled 'Don't Let The Moment Go'. 

Following the story of three women on a big night out that doesn’t go to plan, the new campaign invites viewers into "a world of glitz, glamour and fun, wherever you end up".

The advert showcases River Island’s occasionwear collection, which features bright colours and jewel detailing across a range of dresses, jackets, suits, tops and platforms.

To bring the story to life, River Island partnered with rising names on the creative scene, including LA-based, Emmy-award winning director, Christine Yuan.

Commenting on the collaboration, Yuan said: “I fell in love with the characters and what they mean: they not only ooze charisma and character, but they embody River Island. They’re natural, diverse, aspirational – unafraid to live out their everyday lives with a little bit of magic in it.”

River Island's Don't Let The Moment Go campaign will appear across Channel 4 services throughout October, November and December 2022.

The news follows the opening of River Island's new River Studios retail concept at the Derbion shopping centre.
