Richard Johnson joins as chief commercial officer

Richard Johnson, formerly commercial director at, has joined Munich-based luxury etailer as chief commercial officer with responsibility for all buying and merchandising.

Johnson, who had been with for two years and prior to that Al Tayer Group and Harvey Nichols, will report into president Michael Kliger. In his new role he will oversee the buying, retail & merchandising, and merchandise planning, and will manage all commercial and fashion aspects in regards to’s vendor relationships.

In addition Tiffany Hsu, previously buying manager ready-to-wear, has been promoted to fashion buying director. In her new role she will be responsible for all categories in the buying team and will drive’s fashion direction by developing capsule collections as well as exclusives and special fashion collaborations. She will report to Johnson.
