Replay confirms Marco Verratti as new Brand Ambassador
Italian denim label Replay, Paris Saint-Germain's official partner, has announced Marco Verratti as its that newest ambassador.
Verrati, the midfielder for PSG and the Italian national team, has signed a contract that will see him committed to Replay until December 2025. The partnership was established in light of the "great chemistry and love for the brand" that Verrati has shown for the brand over the years.
Speaking about the partnership, Marco Verratti commented: “I have always been a fan of Replay and I look forward to working with them closely and to tightening my bond with Matteo and his team even more”.
Replay CEO, Matteo Sinigaglia, said: “I am glad to be able to announce the bond between our brand and this great champion, whom I admire not only for his sporting talent but also for his humane attitude.
"A long-standing rapport of respect and friendship already existed between us and Marco, and it was only natural that it would evolve into this kind of partnership. His talent, passion and determination make him one of our country's most important ambassadors, a great Italian champion who has been able to win over a global fan base”.
This is one of several efforts the brand, which was founded in 1978 by entrepreneur Claudio Buziol, has made to appeal to new generations. In September 2022, HUGO, the younger of the Hugo Boss brands, and Replay launched a denim collection with a TikTok “social-first campaign”.
