High street fashion retailer Reiss has refurbished and reopened its Regent Street and Barrett Street stores in Central London, with a fresh focus on physical retail as post-pandemic footfall begins to “return to normal”.

The 4,100 sq ft store at 10 Barrett Street, located next to Selfridges in the architecture award winning Reiss Building (the brand’s HQ), now features an open-plan one-floor space with menswear, womenswear and accessories, and a private suite to cater for alterations and bespoke tailoring.

The 3,680 sq ft store at 172 Regent Street – set over two floors and also carrying menswear, womenswear and accessories - has been updated but retains the building’s heritage elements, and now includes an area dedicated to VIP appointments and customer events.

Alongside private styling sessions and made-to-measure tailoring, the new stores will be “integrated into the brand’s omnichannel customer proposition”, and will offer immediate refunds in-store for online orders, free next-day collection for Reiss website orders and express alteration services. Customers will also be able to order in-store and get their purchases delivered to their homes, or another store of choice.

Reiss Global Retail Director, Luci Vardy, said: “We’re excited to see these stores  reopen. The timing is perfect – right as London gets its groove back. The team can’t wait to welcome our customers, new and existing, and deliver the Reiss instore experience.”
