Reformation, the sustainability-focused brand announced that the company would be closing all of its physical retail stores, including its London store.

The company, which has stores in the US, Canada and UK, announced it is closing all stores immediately, with no confirmed re-opening date. Reformation will continue to operate via its online retail platform.

In a statement, the company said: "We are all aware of the severity of COVID-19 and probably exhausted from the anxiety of it all. To make sure we do whatever we can to contain the virus, we will be closing all of our stores for now."

"Our retail teams will be given paid time off. All planned events and factory tours have been cancelled as well. As it's a complicated situation, these plans might change, and if so we'll let customers know."

Closing the statement, the brand invited followers to open a dialogue on what they want to see online from them during the pandemic.

Reformation is among companies such as NikeAbercrombie & Fitch, and sustainable footwear brand Allbirds, who all announced similar moves over the weekend.
