LA-based ready to wear brand RAILS is bringing its menswear line to the UK for the first time this autumn, in partnership with Harrods.
The AW17 men’s line includes the Lennox plaid shirts in the brand’s signature ultra-soft rayon-blend fabric, along with jersey t-shirts, cashmere knits and transeasonal Tencel denim shirts. The”hero piece” is the Gavin Jacket, available in camo and sage, which is exclusive to Harrods. All are available in sizes S-XXL.
RAILS was founded in 2008 by Jeff Abrams. It has a relaxed Californian aesthetic and is best known for its plaid shirts and its refined yet relaxed fabrics that are unique to the brand. Its women’s and children’s (Little RAILS) collections are already sold at Harrods and a number of premium multi-brand boutiques and department stores in the UK.
“Our expansion into men’s has been a very natural transition as we already have a built-in customer base,” said Abrams. “We plan on making our men’s offering as big as our women’s collection and are excited to partner with Harrods to bring our men’s line to the UK market.”
The RAILS menswear line will be available in the Contemporary & Denim department on the lower group floor of Harrods from August.
