Pull & Bear to make Welsh debut with new store in Cardiff
Inditex has signed for three new stores with retail landlord Landsec, including two for its Pull & Bear brand – at St David’s shopping centre in Cardiff and Bluewater in Kent - as well as a new Bershka store also at Bluewater.
The 8,500 sq ft store at St David’s shopping centre in Cardiff, set over two floors, marks Pull & Bear’s Welsh debut.
Meanwhile, the new Pull & Bear and Bershka stores at Bluewater are both 10,000 sq ft, making up over 28,000 sq ft of new Inditex deals across the two prime retail destinations.
The deals are said to align with Inditex’s focus on creating fewer, bigger and digitally connected stores.
At both locations, the new Pull & Bear stores will house the brand’s full collection of menswear and womenswear, while the Bershka store will carry three lines; Bershka, BSK and Man.
Pablo Sueiras, Head of Brand Account Management at Landsec, said: "We enable brands to grow their reach with their target customers by partnering with them across our UK-wide portfolio of prime retail destinations.
"Our strong fashion performance will now be bolstered by more of Inditex’s worldclass, experience-led stores."
Inditex will also open a previously announced 46,000 sq ft flagship ZARA store at Trinity Leeds later this summer, upsizing and relocating into the centre from its current location elsewhere in the city.
