Primark completes roll out of Click & Collect to all GB stores
Primark has completed the roll out of Click & Collect to all of its 187 stores across Great Britain, marking a significant milestone for the value fashion chain.
The introduction of Click & Collect began as a trial in 2022 with the retailer announcing in 2025 that it would begin a national roll out. The final 29 stores, including all 21 in Scotland, are launching the service from today (21 May).
Click & Collect allows customers to shop a wide selection of Primark products online, spanning women’s, men’s, kids and homeware, before collecting their order in-store. It gives them access to products that may not be available in their local stores, as well as to specialist ranges such as its new adaptive clothing items. Some 5,000 items are available for Click & Collect.
"Now, wherever you live in Great Britain you can browse and shop the best of Primark online, before collecting in the store that suits you. We’re thrilled to have now completed this roll out ahead of the summer. Whether you’re after a suitcase, a swimsuit or matching holiday outfits for the whole family, Click & Collect makes your summer holiday shopping even easier," said Primark UK Retail Director Kari Rodgers.
After adding items to a virtual shopping basket, customers can choose a day to collect, up to seven days ahead, from their chosen store. Orders will be available for collection from two days after they have been placed with a £10 minimum order value and no delivery charge. Click & Collect customers can also pay for any additional in-store finds when collecting their order from the dedicated Click & Collect desk, enabling them to skip in-store queues.
Primark has famously shunned full e-commerce due to the low value of the items that it sells but offering Click & Collect bridges the gap and drives footfall into Primark stores, as well as neighbouring retailers. Independent research from Public First has revealed that an estimated 2.3 million people cite Primark as the main reason for visiting their high street each week, with every £10 spent at a Primark store generating an additional £3.60 for the high street.
