Prada Group shakes up management with new appointments

The Prada Group is shaking up its top management team, announcing three new senior appointments.

Andrea Bonini has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, having previously worked at Goldman Sachs' investment banking and consumer retail group. Bonini will take over the role from 2 May 2022, replacing Alessandra Cozzani who has decided to leave the company to "embrace other professional opportunities".

Bonini will be responsible of the group’s administration, finance, control, tax and investor relations departments. He report directly to CEO's Miuccia Prada and Patrizio Bertelli

Prada also appointed Cristina De Dona as General Counsel. She most recently held the position of International Chief Counsel at The Hershey Company International. She has also served as Deputy General Counsel at Ferrero and Chief of Staff for the Italian Ministry of Justice. She will be in charge of the supervision, development and consolidation of Prada's legal, intellectual property and corporate affairs.

Lastly, Diego Maletto has been appointed as Internal Auditing Director and will report directly to the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Paolo Zannoni. He has joined Prada after working extensively in the strategic consulting industry with Ernst & Young.
