In this episode of the In Conversation podcast in partnership with Klarna, we speak to Rasmus Brix, General Manager for UK & Ireland at jewellery company Pandora, which is known for its charm bracelets. Founded in 1982 in Copenhagen, Denmark, the business now counts the UK as its second biggest market.
As Rasmus explains, the size of the jeweller is quite “mind blowing”, with almost half of women in the UK and Ireland owning a Pandora piece of jewellery, he still sees a significant opportunity for future growth in this market. In the eight months since taking his current position, he has already set a clear course, helping the business deliver one of its strongest Q4 performances.
Rasmus first joined Pandora in 2016 as Vice President of Business Development after a successful career as a Management Consultant. He then moved to become General Manager of Pandora’s Northern Europe business before moving to London.
