Performance footwear brand ON collaborates with Loewe for capsule

Performance footwear brand ON has collaborated with Spanish luxury house Loewe for its very first collaboration capsule.

The collaboration features 13 iterations of the Swiss brand's hiking boot Cloudrock, and the Cloudventure, a highly technical trail-running trainer in five colourways: gradient khaki, gradient grey, gradient blue, gradient orange and space blue.

The reimagined trainers feature ON's trademark technologies including the Missiongrip rubber outsole, hand-press marbled outsoles and the Speedboard mid-sole hidden plate.

The capsule also offers six ready-to-wear pieces for women and seven for men, including a T-shirt, jacket, trousers, a unisex customisable three-layer parka and leggings, and featuring futuristic technologies such as weather-adaptable jackets and pants, and temperature-regulating tees. Each garment is available in two colourways, an organic palette of khaki, blue and orange that takes inspiration from nature and applied in a gradient effect.

Loewe also brings its luxury heritage craft to the collection by hand-finishing each of the gradient prints across the collection and applying a marble effect on each sole individually and manually. In addition, recycled polyester and recycled packaging gives the collaborative capsule a sustainable touch.

The collection is set to launch 9 March online and at select Loewe stores.
