Palladium launches ‘Ticket To Earth’ campaign for SS22

Heritage French footwear brand Palladium, which celebrates its 75th anniversary this year, has just launched a new campaign for SS22 entitled ‘Ticket To Earth’, featuring a film and supporting imagery.

The campaign “celebrates the wonders, communities and cultures of a post-pandemic Planet Earth”, reinforcing the brand as the perfect vehicle to rediscover the places and experiences left unexplored in recent times. It also highlights Palladium as a truly multi-terrain brand for the season ahead.

The film captures the landscapes and communities across Cape Town, South Africa, and is directed by local film maker Anthony Bila, with a voiceover by underground French poet Cyana-Djoher.

The film follows the expedition of a diverse local collective of friends, documenting their journey as they leave the city to explore rural terrain, “engaging with the undiscovered communities that lie within”. All, of course, while wearing Palladium, including the SS22 ‘Pampa Ticket To Earth’ boot “for the everyday explorer”, featuring a side zip for everyday practicality.

There’s also the utility-inspired ‘Off-Grid Adventure’ and ‘Travel-Lite Adventure’ silhouettes, which both incorporate fast-lacing systems and grippy outsoles for more extreme outdoor adventures.

Additionally, the collection features a brand new outsole project, called ‘The Troop Runner’, which is described as “a retro/military inspired sneaker for the new world”.
