& Other Stories opens Oxford Street store

H&M-owned fascia & Other Stories has opened its third London store on Oxford Street today.

Positioned opposite Selfridges at the west end of the street, the new store covers 6,460 sq ft of retail space spread over three floors.

The brand first arrived in London on Regent Street in 2013 and has gone on to open three stores in London (the third is on the King's Road) and three more nationwide in the Bentalls Centre in Kingston upon Thames, Victoria Gate Leeds and on Exchange Street in Manchester.

To celebrate the launch of the Oxford Street store the brand is collaborating with Wool and the Gang on a collection of knitwear, jumpers and knitting kits that will be available in-store for five days.

H&M's other fascias include COS, Cheap Monday and Monki, which all have a presence in the UK. It is rumoured that its Weekday fascia, launched in 2002, will come to the UK next year.

The group will also take over the Banana Republic store on Regent Street, following the US brand's decision to close all of its UK retail stores, however it is believed that unit is being considered for a brand new fascia, thought to be called P Eleven, which will launch next year.
