On appoints former Ralph Lauren Chief Digital Officer as new CCO

Swiss sportswear brand On has appointed former Burberry and Ralph Lauren executive Alice Delahunt as its new Chief Customer Officer, effective 7 September, and has promoted Rebecca Cai to Global Markets Officer, effective 1 September.

Delahunt spent almost seven years at Burberry, culminating in the role of Global Director of Digital & Social in April 2018. Following that, she joined Ralph Lauren and spent just over four years as Chief Digital Officer and Chief Content Officer, until April 2022.

She then founded luxury fashion platform SYKY, where she was also CEO until January 2026. Most recently, she has served as a non-executive board member at Zalando.

Rebecca Cai has been with On for just over six years and has been in the role of Vice President, General Manager of APAC, since December 2022. As Chief Global Markets Officer, Cai will lead On’s markets across the APAC, EMEA, and Americas regions, along with the global commercial teams.

The new commercial leadership structure follows the departure of Britt Olsen, who will leave On by the end of September 2026, following a one-year transition period.
