Oi Polloi relocating to Seven Dials

Contemporary menswear independent Oi Polloi is moving from its store at 1 Marshall Street in Soho to a new larger 1,240 sq ft space at 19 Earlham Street in Seven Dials, set over two floors.

Samantha Bain Mollison, head of retail at Shaftesbury – landlords of both the Soho store and new Seven Dials location, says: “The Oi Polloi Soho store has been a success but the brand had reached the end of their lease and felt it was time for a relocation to a larger unit.

“Having searched for the right store, Oi Polloi wanted to remain in a Shaftesbury village and the shop on 19 Earlham Street in Seven Dials is a change to a more prominent location. Earlham Street gives great adjacencies including Carhartt, Finisterre and Away.

Established in Manchester’s Northern Quarter in 2002, Oi Polloi opened its first store in London in 2015 on Marshall Street. A message on the retailer’s website reads: “We’re moving across town to an all new and improved London outpost in Covent Garden.”

The Soho store will close tomorrow, 2 October, with the new store set open on 10 October.
