Oasis and Warehouse has created managing director roles for the two high street brands and promoted their brand directors to fill them.
Sarah Welsh, formerly Oasis brand director since 2015, becomes its managing director while Paula Stewart has been promoted at Warehouse, having been its brand director since 2012.
Both Welsh and Stewart had been leading the product teams in their previous roles and in their new positions they will take on the additional responsibility of all aspects of the brands’ strategy across digital, retail, international, wholesale and marketing.
Finance, IT, distribution, property and HR for the group will continue to report to its CEO Hash Ladha, who was recently promoted to the his role from the position of COO, following the departure of Liz Evans, who left to join Fat Face.
“I am delighted for both Sarah and Paula and would like to congratulate them on their well deserved promotions, this is a very exciting time for the brands and for them personally,” Ladha said.

Oasis operates a total of 307 owned stores comprising of 81 branches and 215 concessions along with 11 internet sites across the UK, Ireland, and Europe. The brand has an additional 91 franchise stores across Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and South America.
Warehouse operates a total of 266 owned stores comprising of 35 branches and 218 concessions along with 11 internet sites across the UK, Ireland and Europe. Further to this the brand has 71 franchise stores across Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and South America.
