New Nordic appoints Chanel director as new COO

Health and beauty brand New Nordic has appointed Ditte Søndergaard Bihorac as its new Chief Operating Officer.

Working closely with New Nordic's CFO Ivan Ruscic and CEO Karl Kristian, Ditte will help drive growth opportunities, improve customer loyalty and invest in new territories and channels.

Headquartered in Copenhagen, New Nordic is a health and beauty brand that has specialised in herbal cosmetics for over 30 years. Today, the Scandinavian brand’s products are sold in more than 50,000 stores and online retailers across 36 countries.

Ditte joins the company from Chanel where she spent five years in the sales and marketing team, most recently as Sales and Retail Director. In this role, she was responsible for developing growth strategies and ensuring long-term profitability for the luxury brand.

Prior to this, Ditte also has over 12 years experience working with beauty brands including L’Oreal, where she worked within product management.
