New Balance names Global Director Of International Marketing

New Balance has named Romina Bongiovanni as its new Global Director of International Marketing.

Bongiovanni replaces Tim Malone, who joined Crocs as VP of Global Integrated Marketing in May 2022.

In her new role, Bongiovanni will help manage the brand's marketing strategy, including merchandising, retail operations and creative. She reports to Jeff McAdams, VP of Global Marketing, and joins the company’s global leadership team.

Most recently, Bongiovanni worked as New Balance’s Director of Global Communications & Entertainment.  Prior to this, she served as Group Director, Earned Media & Public Relations at Satchi & Saatchi. She also founded her own firm called Journey PR & Marketing.

Romina Bongiovanni, newly appointed Global Director of International Marketing at New Balance, said: “I’m excited to continue advocating for the bridges we are building across different regions. As we announce new brand developments, our markets will have communications experts to deliver the news to wide publications."

Earlier this year, New Balance partnered with inner peace collective District Vision to launch an activewear capsule and micro-courses on mindfulness and mental health.
