N Brown promotes people and sustainability boss to new COO role
N Brown Group has appointed Natalie Rogers to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer, as the company focuses on operational efficiency and execution in its next phase of growth.
Rogers joined N Brown in 2024 as Chief People & Sustainability Officer, having since led initiatives related to the group's business transformation, including the development of a new operating model and a multi-year cultural programme.

The creation of the COO role attempts to enhance operational oversight across people, technology, and supply chain functions, supporting alignment between strategy and performance.
The position is also aimed at facilitating faster decision-making, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring consistent execution as the group develops its digital and financial services capabilities.
In her new role, Rogers will apply her experience in managing organisational change and cultural initiatives to support N Brown’s ongoing transformation efforts.
