Luxury online shopping destination Mytheresa has announced the impending launch of its first menswear section.
Following the company’s success of womenswear over the last 30 years and the recently launched kidswear segment, the leading luxury online retailer will be offering menswear from January 2020 onwards.
Positioned in the ultra-luxury segment, more than 120 brands will be offered including all
existing brands as well as new brands. The section will have its very own distinct look and feel with a clear focus on product.
Michael Kliger, President of MyTheresa, said: “The move into menswear is a natural evolution for Mytheresa as the business continues to expand. We want to present a new point of view in the post-streetwear era and be a fashion authority with a European tone of voice in menswear as we are already in women’s.
“For men‘s we are taking a high fashion and highly curated approach – it is more about tailoring, suiting, original design and appreciation of quality and brand heritage and a refined view on streetwear.”
