Mulberry group finance director Neil Ritchie has stood down from the British luxury house after three years' service.

Ritchie will remain in post until the end of June this year to complete the year-end audit process and the search is under way for his successor.

Chairman of the brand Godfrey Davis said: "The Board would like to express its thanks to Neil for his valuable contribution to the Group over the past three years and wish him every success in his future endeavours."

Richie, who prior to Mulberry had worked at Dyson for 10 years, added: "I would like to thank the Board and my colleagues for their support over the past three years.  It has been a privilege to have contributed to Mulberry's development and the creation of its platform for International expansion."
