M&S cements fashion credibility with 16Arlington collaboration
In a move that cements its growing fashion credibility, Marks & Spencer is partnering with cult London label 16Arlington on an exclusive 43-piece collection launching tomorrow. The collaboration brings the brand’s signature high-octane aesthetic - think feathers, embellishment and sculptural tailoring - to the British high street for the first time.
Known for its sleek silhouettes and red-carpet-ready drama, 16Arlington’s debut with M&S signals a confident step into designer territory for the heritage retailer, which has been steadily evolving its fashion offer through premium capsules in recent years. The result? A heritage meets high fashion collection that merges couture-inspired detail with everyday versatility.
Marco Capaldo, founder and Creative Director of 16Arlington, said: "At 16Arlington, we believe in designing pieces that feel bold, brave and unafraid to take up space.
"This collaboration has allowed us to explore our signatures in a new way. We wanted it to feel empowering and expressive, bringing confidence and personality into everyday moments while still capturing the drama and detail we’re known for."
The 16Arlington x M&S collection is fronted by model and 'it girl' Georgia May Jagger, who brings her British charm to the British brand collaboration.

The capsule spans everything from brushed cashmere knits and sharply tailored suits to feather-trimmed skirts and designer-cut denim crafted from the same pattern blocks as the brand’s mainline collection.
Highlights include a crystal-draped evening gown, a butter-soft leather biker jacket, and satin shirts featuring 16Arlington’s signature oversized collars. Accessories include calf-hair boots, fringed cuffs and statement bags designed to elevate even the simplest outfit.
The collection will be available online and in select M&S stores, including Battersea, Marble Arch, Manchester and Grafton Street, Dublin, from 30 October 2025.
This is the same day that H&M is launching its very own designer collaboration with Glenn Martens. Contrastingly, shoppers can expect a grungier, more avant-garde looks for less in H&M's democratic designer collection. Pieces include sculptural silhouettes, convertible jeans with hook-and-eye fastenings. Foil-lined checked shirts can be manipulated to suit the wearer, while scrunched fishing boots bring conceptual fashion by the truckloads.
