Mr Porter has promoted Fiona Firth to the role of managing director having been buying director at the YNAP-owned luxury menswear site since 2016.
Firth replaces Toby Bateman who left the company in September of this year. Since joining Mr Porter, Firth has worked on many key initiatives such as the launch of exclusive capsules with Gucci, Prada, Saint Laurent, Brunello Cucinelli, Tom Ford, Balenciaga and the Mr Porter “Made in” series, many of them firsts for the brands.
In September 2017, she was instrumental in the launch of its private label Mr P, expanding it into accessories and footwear a year later. She has also overseen the site’s expansion into new categories such as watches and fine jewellery. The site now stocks more than 600 brands.
Firth will report into Luxury division president Alison Loenhis and will be responsible for driving the growth of the business, including expanding its offer and services.

Prior to joining YNAP, Firth held senior leadership roles in menswear buying for River Island, Harvey Nichols and Harrods.
