British and global luxury jewellery retailer Monica Vinader has partnered with mobile training platform EdApp to enhance training for its international retail team.

The EdApp has become a popular platform for many international brands such as Pandora and Ardent. Deploying EdApp’s mobile-first training will allow the British Jewellery brand to effortlessly train its international team and improve the quality of training. The platform uses corporate e-learning technology which applies microlearning, gamification, and spaced repetition.

With EdApp’s mobile-first design and cloud-based authoring tool, the jewellery brand can effortlessly design lessons to teach to its employees globally. Monica Vinader will also utilise the mobile-first method, so employees are be able to take part in lessons according to their own time and place, allowing flexibility within its workforce which will further enhance the brand's training retail system.

Anna Shelton-Agar, General Manager EMEA at Monica Vinader said in a statement: "Monica Vinader was looking to effectively educate new starters, introduce our current retail staff to the Monica Vinader brand and policies, product features, and pricing. The Ed platform allows us to successfully achieve all of this."

EdApp Chief Executive Darren Winterford added: "EdApp has been implemented successfully throughout retail all over the world. Our data-driven authoring tool and seamless learner experience have made us the preferred tool for leading brands like Monica Vinader. We are thrilled to welcome them to our family."

Monica Vinader was founded in 2008 and since has rapidly become recognised for fusing fine jewellery and fashion. Since formed, the British jewellery brand has won Brand of the year at British Luxury Jewellery awards and has quickly become a popular international jewellery brand with retail presences in more than eight countries including UK, USA, Singapore and the UAE.

Sustainability is also of great importance to the brand as the luxury retailer remains loyal to ethically sourcing products and working very closely with suppliers to ensure best practises and commitments to sustainability are carried out.
