Missguided expands its Click and Collection option in partnership with InPost lockers
Missguided has partnered up with InPost to offer UK shoppers a new contact-free delivery and returns service.
The new deal will allow Missguided customers access to InPost’s 24/7 self-serve parcel lockers, which are located at local railway stations, high streets, petrol station forecourts and supermarkets across the UK.
The new option follows a rapid shift from e-tailers accommodating and adapting services in light of the current Covid-19 pandemic and in response to consumers across the UK increasingly shopping online in recent weeks.
As lockers are outdoors and available 24/7, Missguided customers will now have the choice to collect or drop returns whenever they feel safe. The lockers are also self-serve which means there is not interaction with others, during the collect and drop of process.
Karl Harwood, head of distribution at Missguided said: “We’re constantly looking to be on the forefront and improve our customer experience. Partnering with InPost gives us a unique position with a delivery service that is open around the clock with the added benefits of being contact-free and also more environmentally friendly than home delivery.
“As we continue to see a real change in consumer behaviour not only towards online shopping, but in customers wanting more control over their deliveries – InPost Lockers will be a great addition to our delivery options. Offering a service that has minimal failed delivery rate is also hugely compelling.”
The fast fashion online retailer is available in over 160 countries, and intends on further international expansion online.
