ME+EM, the British label specialising in understated luxury for the modern woman, has appointed The Fashion Digital agency to handle its social media strategy and content creation.

Launched in 2016 by journalist and social media strategist The Fashion Digital is fashion’s first dedicated social media agency with a client roster that includes Madeleine Thompson, the British Fashion Council, Les Girls Les Boys, Rupert Sanderson and JW Anderson.

Contemporary label ME+EM was founded by Clare Hornby and places “intelligent style” at the centre of its ethos with pieces that can be worn separately or together. It operates stores in Bayswater, Belgravia, Chelsea, Notting Hill and Marylebone as well as a successful e-store at meandem.com.

ME+EM marries style with functionality in every collection, with quality at the core of everything. We aim to match this ethos in our digital approach,” said Hughes.

Hughes still regularly writes for VICE and lectures on social media at Central Saint Martins, she was recently honoured in the BIMA Hot 100 list.
