Marks & Spencer to open at Liverpool ONE
Marks & Spencer has announced the opening of a new store at Liverpool ONE in mid-2023.
The retailer is relocating from Church Street to create a new 100,000 sq ft store across two floors of the former Debenhams store on South John Street.
The signing of M&S completes the evolution of the unit, following the announcement that Gravity Active Entertainment will open on the remaining upper two floors.
Marks & Spencer's Liverpool ONE investment is part of the retailer’s national store rotation programme, which aims to create an M&S store estate "fit for the future".
Reflecting the brand's latest retail design concept, innovations and technology to enhance customer experience, M&S Liverpool ONE will feature a "next generation" Foodhall, café, clothing and home departments.
The fashion and homewares departments will showcase the retailer's own range of products, along with its exclusive collaborations and capsule collections.
