Marks & Spencer strengthens menswear with new Autograph Performance collection
Marks & Spencer has today launched a new innovation-led edit of its successful Autograph sub-brand.
Each piece in the Autograph Performance collection uses advanced fabrics such as Tech Wool and 360 Flex technology.
The collection has been designed with modern living in mind - across work, travel, and leisure. Highlights include the wool-blend Performance Packable Suit, featuring four-way stretch, crease-recovery technology, and water resistance. It is also machine washable, with the jacket priced at £129 and the trousers at £70.
There’s also moisture-wicking, quick-dry chinos, elasticated waist joggers, shirts, polos and tees with added stretch and an antibacterial finish, as well as bi-stretch trousers, extra fine Merino wool jumpers and footwear with Smart Step Technology soles, which have integrated high density shock-absorbing foam.
The new range builds on the growth of Autograph menswear which, in three years, has quadrupled in value and now accounts for nearly a quarter of M&S’s total menswear sales.
The collection also supports the retailer’s strategy to broaden appeal to the 35–54 age group and strengthen the brand’s relevance as a destination for men’s fashion.
