Marc Jacobs returns to London with Regent Street flagship

Marc Jacobs has returned to London with the opening of its flagship on Regent Street, marking its largest boutique outside of the US.

Accented with bright pink neon signs and featuring a custom-built photobooth, the 2,666 sq ft store offers Marc Jacobs ready-to-wear items, including the Monogram collection first seen on the runway for AW21.

The new flagship also features a range of small leather goods, jewellery, footwear, and signature bag styles, including The Tote Bag and The Snapshot.

To celebrate the LVMH-owned fashion house's return to London, a free photobooth has been installed in the store for a limited time, allowing guests to take away a printed snapshot from their visit.

In addition, a fleet of London’s iconic taxis and double decker buses have also been custom-wrapped in the Monogram print to celebrate the store’s arrival in the city. They will take over the streets for a total of four weeks, carrying thousands of passengers around London.

In 2018, Marc Jacobs closed its last remaining London store on Mayfair's Mount Street as part of a larger restructuring at the brand, which has endured losses since its founder and designer exited his post as artistic director of Louis Vuitton at the end of 2013.
