Mango is bolstering its UK retail network ahead of the festive rush, announcing 120 new seasonal roles across nearly 60 stores nationwide.

The Spanish fashion giant is recruiting Sales Assistants to join its teams between October and December, reinforcing its in-store experience during one of the busiest periods in retail.

Successful applicants will receive a competitive salary, a 35% staff discount on all Mango garments and accessories, a seasonal uniform from the latest collections and access to the brand’s Employee Assistance Programme. Each role also comes with learning and development opportunities, including training courses, mentoring and the potential to transition into full-time or international positions within the business.

Fiona Cullen, International Regional Director for the UK & Ireland, said: "Our people are at the heart of Mango, and we’re looking forward to welcoming 120 more into our store teams during this festive season to help us deliver the best experience for our customers at this special time of year.

"These roles offer valuable experience, great benefits, and the chance to be part of a global fashion brand at an exciting time of growth."

The seasonal recruitment drive is part of Mango’s wider 2024-2026 4Es Strategic Plan, which aims to drive UK sales and store expansion. The retailer plans to open 20 new UK stores in 2025, cementing its presence in key shopping destinations as it continues to strengthen its bricks-and-mortar strategy.

Last month, for example, Mango opened a new 5,300 sq ft foot ‘New Med’ concept store at St David’s Dewi Sant Shopping Centre in Cardiff, marking its second location in Wales. It will also open a 7,104 sq ft flagship store at Festival Place shopping centre in Basingstoke later this year.

The push follows a strong performance for the retailer, which reported global turnover of €1.73 billion (£.15 billion) in the first half of 2025, up 12% year on year (14% at constant exchange rates).

Mango currently operates more than 80 points of sale across the UK, including standalone stores, concessions, and online via Mango.com and selected marketplaces.

Interested applicants can apply for the festive roles now via Mango Jobs.
