LVMH promotes new Fendi and Kenzo CEOs from within
LVMH is once again promoting from within, tapping talent from its executive bench. It has appointed Ramon Ros as the new CEO of Fendi, effective 1 July and Charlotte Coupé as the CEO of Kenzo, effective 1 May.
Both executives are transitioning from roles at Louis Vuitton and will report directly to Sidney Toledano, Senior Adviser to LVMH Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault.

Ramon Ros
Ramon Ros, who currently serves as the President and CEO of Louis Vuitton in Mainland China, will lead Fendi. In a statement, LVMH praised Ros' "proven track record of success", particularly at Vuitton in China, where he was "instrumental in developing the brand desirability, as well as building and nurturing a talented local team".
It added: "Ramon’s deep expertise in luxury retail and clienteling, coupled with his passion for product excellence and collaborative leadership, will enable him to elevate the Roman maison to new heights, preserving Fendi’s unique history and commitment to artisanal craftsmanship."
Ros joins Fendi as the brand celebrates its centenary year. In October 2024, Kim Jones stepped down as artistic director of Fendi's women’s haute couture, ready-to-wear, and fur collections, leaving Silvia Venturini Fendi, its artistic director for accessories and menswear, to lead the design studio.
Ros' career spans senior roles in major luxury companies. Before joining LVMH in 2013, he held senior positions at Diesel, Tous and Marks & Spencer. He became the Managing Director of Givenchy China and later transitioned to Paris as the brand's International Director. His most recent role at Louis Vuitton China saw him promoted to zone president in 2022. In his new role, Ros succeeds Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou, who is set to become the Deputy CEO of Christian Dior Couture as of 15 April.

Charlotte Coupé
Over at Kenzo, Charlotte Coupé has been appointed, succeeding Sylvain Blanc. Coupé has been instrumental in the success of Louis Vuitton’s growth, particularly collaborative projects with creatives such as Pharrell Williams.
LVMH said Coupé would "capitalize on her extensive fashion experience and leadership to further expand brand desirability and continue the modernization and expansion of the French maison.
It added: "Her genuine passion for product, deep fashion knowledge, and proven ability to collaborate with iconic and innovative creative directors, particularly at Louis Vuitton…significantly contributed to the impressive growth of that category."
LVMH is known for promoting from within, and this latest executive reshuffle reinforces the group’s strategy of fostering leadership talent from within its ranks. Alongside these changes, Daniel DiCicco, an executive with experience at Apple and Coach, will join Louis Vuitton as the new President for Mainland China on 28 April.
