London Fashion Week SS22 highlights: Richard Quinn

Tom Shearsmith
22 September 2021

Richard Quinn has become one of the most talked about names in the London Fashion Week schedule, closing the London SS22 showcase with a show-stopping catwalk featuring bold prints and exaggerated silhouettes.

Richard Quinn launched his eponymous label after graduating from Central Saint Martin and became a household name in 2018 after the Queen sat front row for his LFW runway and awarded him with the inaugural Queen Elizabeth II Award for British Design.

Guests including Kate Moss and Boy George looked on with excitement as models stomped down the runway in high platform heels, layered floral gowns and vibrant printed jumpsuits. Gone were the latex headpieces that features heavily in the AW21 catwalk, replaced this season with neoprene frilled bonnets.

Supported by British Scotch whisky distiller Royal Salute, Quinn launched his SS22 collection at The Londoner, a new hotel in Leicester Square.
