London Fashion Week September 2026 schedule announced
The British Fashion Council (BFC) has announced the provisional schedule for London Fashion Week September 2026, with the event set to feature the return of major British fashion houses alongside new talent and increased retail participation.
Taking place from 17 to 21 September 2026, the schedule will see McQueen return with Seán McGirr presenting his London debut for the house, showcasing both menswear and womenswear Spring/Summer 2027 collections. Mulberry will also return to the official schedule under new Creative Director Christopher Kane, who will present his debut collection for the brand.
The season will also feature established British names including Burberry, Barbour, Emilia Wickstead, Erdem, Harris Reed, Richard Quinn, Roksanda and Simone Rocha, alongside emerging designers supported through initiatives including BFC NEWGEN.
Francesca Lake, Gui Rosa and Petra Fagerström will make their London Fashion Week debuts as BFC NEWGEN recipients, while Fashion East will return to the schedule following further investment from the BFC into the talent support scheme.
Laura Weir, Chief Executive of the British Fashion Council, said: “This season marks an exciting moment for London Fashion Week, with the return of leading British brands alongside an exceptional new generation of creative talent.”
“This schedule reflects the confidence and momentum of British fashion today, bringing together established houses, emerging designers and industry partners on a platform that continues to shape global fashion.”
The September edition will also highlight the increasing role of retail and consumer engagement within London Fashion Week. Marks & Spencer will make its debut on the official schedule with its first exclusive runway collection, featuring a “see now, buy now” womenswear and menswear collection to mark its centenary year.
Elsewhere, eBay will return with its Endless Runway pre-loved fashion show, available to shop through eBay Live, while Selfridges will spotlight participating LFW brands through dedicated in-store highlights and a curated edit of British designers. H&M will also collaborate with photographer Nick Knight and SHOWstudio on a new interpretation of the fashion show format.
The BFC said the September schedule will continue to position London Fashion Week as a platform for creative innovation, cultural impact and commercial growth, bringing together fashion houses, emerging designers, retailers and industry partners.
