Les Girls Les Boys unveils first swimwear collection

02 March 2018

Les Girls Les Boys, the new millennial-focused bodywear brand from underwear entrepreneur Serena Rees, has unveiled its first swimwear collection.

As with the underwear, the swim collection has a pared back, sporty aesthetic and is designed to take the wearer from the beach or pool and on to the evening.

Key pieces include men's swim briefs and boxer shorts, one-piece swimsuits, string bikinis, cropped bikini tops and high waist briefs with some styles featuring track-pant style draw-string waist details. Fabrics include a waterproof velvet and wet-look polyamide/elastane.

The colour palette takes in petrol blue, turquoise, aubergine, rose, jade, mustard, bubble-gum pink and black, while prices start at £50 for briefs moving up to £120 for a velvet one-piece.

Serena Rees, who made her name in the industry as one of the founders of Agent Provocateur back in the 1990s, launched Les Girls Les Boys last September, which she promised would offer an “updated observation of self identity and sexuality”.

The range, which is a complete antidote to the provocative, luxury aesthetic championed by Agent Provocateur, features underwear, bodysuits, hoodies, joggers, T-shirts, vests, pyjamas and boxer shorts which are designed to be worn in bed or on the street.

As well as being sold on the Les Girls Les Boys website, the line is also stocked by select retail partners including Selfridges, Shopbop, Zalando and Nordstrom.
