Kurt Geiger launches ‘One-of-a-Kind’ bespoke handbag service online
Kurt Geiger has launched a ‘One-of-a-Kind’ bespoke handbag service online, following the brand's debut of the service in stores last summer.
The service allows customers across the UK and US to design their own personalised version of the brand’s ‘Mini Kensington’ handbag from their own homes.
There are 23 options for the bag body and flap, including sequin tweed, denim, metallic lambskin, leopard-print suede, and croc-embossed leather. There are also 17 ‘dazzling’ eagle ornaments, 34 charms, and five different chain finishes.
Rebecca Farrar-Hockley, Chief Creative Officer at Kurt Geiger, said: “We were blown away by the response of the inaugural One-of-a-Kind launch in July. The enthusiasm from our customers was incredible – and demand far exceeded our expectations.”
Inspired by the holiday season, Kurt Geiger’s eagle ornament is also getting a “festive twist” with details such as Santa hats, candy canes, snowflakes and bows.
Additionally, new statement bag charms include miniature umbrellas, high heels, and mini handbags.
Farrar-Hockley added: “I’m so excited that we’re now bringing this experience online, giving our customers across the US and UK the chance to design their very own bag – and just in time for the holidays. It’s the perfect gift, whether you’re treating yourself or someone special this season.”
The new range is also now available in select Kurt Geiger stores, including in London at Unit 272-274 Oxford Street.
