Kontoor Brands adds Ashley Goldsmith to board of directors

Kontoor Brands, owner of Wrangler and Lee, has announced the appointment of Ashley Goldsmith to its board of directors, effective immediately.

In her new role, Goldsmith will serve on the Talent and Compensation Committee and Nominating and Governance Committee of Kontoor’s board of directors.

Since 2013, Goldsmith has held the roles of Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Workday Inc. Prior to this, she spent three years with Polycom Inc. in the same roles, leading the company through a high growth phase.

Goldsmith has also has a number of leadership roles at companies including The Home Depot and Ventana Medical Systems, a division of the Roche Group.
