Keela relaunches ‘Falkland Parka 95’ as worn by Liam Gallagher
Scottish outdoor brand Keela is relaunching its ‘Falkland Parka 95’ on a limited production run of just 50 pieces.
Coinciding with Oasis’s reunion tour, the jacket was famously worn by Liam Gallagher during the band’s headline Glastonbury set in 1995.
Built from L24 Ventile, with Keela’s advanced System Dual Protection (SDP) technology, the updated classic is waterproof, windproof and breathable.
It’s designed with a generous ‘Explorer Fit’ for easy layering and features a detachable wired peak hood, articulated sleeves and a wealth of practical pockets – “making it just as at home in the hills as it is on the high street (or back on stage)”.
The jacket, which is nominated in the Sustainability category at the 2026 OIA Awards, is the latest piece to be made at Keela’s factory in Glenrothes, Fife. The Falkland forms part of Keela’s ‘Albion Collection’ – celebrating Keela’s parent brand Ilasco’s 45 years of UK manufacturing.
Keela Sales Director, Sam Fernando, said: “We’re so excited to be bringing back our Falkland Parka, refreshing it for a new generation whilst keeping the essence of what made the original so special.
“Each jacket is a testament to not only our heritage, but our ongoing commitment to manufacturing here in the UK and ensuring that the process continues to be responsible and beneficial for the environment.”
Keela will donating 5% of all jacket sales to Cash for Kids, a UK charity supporting children and young people living in poverty, coping with illness, or facing other difficult life circumstances.
The Falkland Parka 95, priced at £395.95, will be released on 11 July, also the date of Oasis’s first Manchester reunion gig at Heaton Park, but customers can now join the waiting list on the Keela website.
