Joint Hobbs, Phase Eight and Whistles outlet store to open in Northern Ireland

TFG London, owner of Hobbs, Phase Eight and Whistles, is bringing them all together under one roof with a "first-to-market" store concept at The Boulevard outlet destination in Northern Ireland - set to open this spring.

The 3,851 sq ft unit “will allow the distinct characters of each brand to stand out”, offering customers an extensive selection of womenswear, footwear and accessories at discounted prices.

The first-of-its-kind outlet store will complement the existing fashion mix at The Boulevard - located along the main A1 corridor between the capital cities of Belfast and Dublin - which includes French Connection, Kate Spade New York, Kurt Geiger, Guess and Dune.

A spokesperson for TFG London said: "We are thrilled to open our first tri-brand outlet store, combining Phase Eight, Hobbs and Whistles all under one roof.

The signing comes on the back of reports that The Boulevard recorded its best year on record, with total sales for 2025 up 11.5% and footfall increasing by 12.3%, compared to 2024.

In May 2025, TFG London opened its biggest multi-brand flagship at the Liverpool ONE shopping centre. Set over 12,000 sq ft, the four-in-one store combines Hobbs, Whistles, Phase Eight and Inside Story. The brightly lit space also features a luxury styling suite for event shoppers, as well as a VIP bar.
