John Smedley appoints new Deputy Managing Director
British luxury knitwear manufacturer John Smedley has announced the appointment of Jess Mcguire-Dudley as its new Deputy Managing Director, effective immediately.
Most recently serving as Global Brand Director at the Derbyshire-based knitwear business, Mcguire-Dudley joined the company in 2014 as the Head of Marketing. She later took charge of the design team and was promoted to Head of Marketing & Merchandising.
Prior to this, Mcguire-Dudley worked for other brands including Triumph Lingerie, Yellow Door, British Fashion Council and Tse Cashmere.
Now as Deputy Managing Director at John Smedley, Mcguire-Dudley will continue her brand duties, taking additional responsibility for the customer journey, quality and sustainability initiatives.
