Premium fashion retailer Jigsaw has made a number of appointments to its board following a £20m refinancing last year.

Despina Don-Wauchope, formerly of Land Securities, has joined as finance director, to replace former finance chief Claire Wain, who moved to Jack Wills earlier this year.

In addition TalkTalk executive Richard Walker and Glasses Direct entrepreneur Jamie Murray Wells have also joined the board, according to Companies House filings, while Isabel Spearman and Silvana Rossi have joined the board as brand consultants.

Earlier this year the retailer's HR director Toby Foreman replaced Chris Stephenson as interim CEO, wile chairman Charles Atterton announced he was planning to retire.

In March of last year, Jigsaw secured a £20m refinancing deal, which resulted in cash being injected into the business by its founder John Robinson, Carphone Warehouse founder David Ross and a new lender, the Secure Trust Bank.
