JD Sports to open new Cheltenham mega store in former Topshop unit

JD Sports is to open a new 11,000 sq ft store at Cheltenham’s Regent Arcade, in the unit previously occupied by Topshop.
A 10-year lease has reportedly been signed and the new store is expected to open in the run up to Christmas, according to Property Week.
James Air, Senior Group Acquisitions Manager at JD Sports Fashion, commented: “We are pleased to be opening a new JD store in the heart of Cheltenham town centre, further developing our presence in the South West.
“The new store will benefit from our latest high-level store environment, providing a full range of brands from the JD stable, including several exclusives.”
