JD reports surge in demand for Arsenal kit following Premier League title win
Searches for Arsenal’s new kit surged overnight following confirmation they had won the Premier League title on Tuesday evening with a game to spare, after second-placed Manchester City failed to beat Bournemouth, according to JD.
JD analysed internal Google Search Console data comparing the 24 hours following the victory - Arsenal’s first Premier League title win in 22 years - to the previous 24-hour period, revealing searches for keywords such as “Arsenal top” soared by 1,749%, “Arsenal kit” jumped 392% and “Arsenal shirt” rose 83%.
Arsenal's success follows three consecutive seasons in which they have finished as runners-up, including in 2023/24 when Manchester City pipped them to the title by two points.
Arsenal’s new kit is designed by Adidas and pairs a light, breathable fabric with the club’s iconic red and white colours, with the collar and cuff details paying homage to the architecture at the Emirates Stadium, Arsenal’s home ground.
Retailing at £85 for the replica shirt, £65 for the junior shirt, and £120 for the matchday version, fans will be eager to pick up the shirt ahead of Arsenal’s UEFA Champions League final clash against reigning champions Paris Saint-Germain on 30 May at the Puskás Aréna in Budapest, Hungary.
Victory would see Arsenal claim Europe’s top-tier trophy for the first time and could well drive another surge in searches.
