Jaeger launches first swimwear collection
M&S' Jaeger brand has introduced its first swimwear line alongside a womenswear collection for spring/summer 2026.
The inaugural launch of the Jaeger swimwear line is designed to be "taken straight to shore" and integrates with its new spring/summer womenswear collection, with swimwear pieces styled with a matching sarong or headband, for example.
The new collection embraces the joy of summer dressing - from the beach to the pool - by capturing the "spirit of sun-soaked escapes and effortless coastal style", according to the brand.
Lemon shades form a core part of the season, appearing across modern suiting, pure silk pieces and co-ords, bringing freshness to everyday dressing. The colour zesty tangerine also plays a central role in the collection, with simple silhouettes in linen and wool-blend fabrics taking centre stage, while earth-baked tones appear in light organza and silk, which "mirror the movement of the sea in warm tones".
Swimwear pieces are defined by "confident silhouettes and considered detail", with the collection encompassing two printed swimsuits (£79), a bikini top (£35) and matching bottoms (£29), as well as two pairs of leather loafer mules.
The Jaeger brand, which first began 140 years ago, was acquired by Marks & Spencer in January 2021 for £6 million. The high street giant has since revived the brand and rolled it out to select stores.
